SUNDAYS AT MEADOW GROVE
What to Expect
We offer two Sunday morning worship services. The 8:50 a.m. service is more contemporary in music and expression. The 10:15 a.m. service is more traditional, using hymns and a time- honored order of service. Our pastor, Steve Wilson, preaches at both services, and both are designed to help you express your worship to God.
Adults
We’ve got multiple classes from which to choose. Our lessons are designed so that you can jump in at any time and not be behind. Our small group Bible studies meet Sundays at 8:50 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. Additionally, the Meadow Grove School of Discipleship has classes designed to help believers become more mature and joyful in their faith. Just ask one of the greeters or staff members to help you find the group that’s right for you.
Children
We have a clean, well-equipped, professionally-staffed nursery in which your child will be safe and well cared for. When you leave your child in the nursery, we will get some information from you and give you a pager so you can be reached immediately if needed. We have a separate preschool area where children are placed with others their age and are led in activities that teach foundational Bible stories.
Students
Sunday School for students begins at 8:50 a.m. upstairs in the room adjacent to the worship space. At 10:15 a.m., 6th-8th grade meets upstairs, while 9th-12th grade meets separately at the same time. On Sunday evenings, youth Bible drills begin at 4:00 p.m. Then, all youth can participate in Bible study, open discussions on hot topics and visitor outreach at 5:00 p.m.
What to Wear
People at Meadow Grove are not as concerned with what you wear as with you. On most Sundays, you’ll see people in everything from suits and “Sunday best” to jeans. Business casual is about the average. Don’t worry about what to wear, just come.
